7. Fees required in addition to the price
Internet connection fees and other telecommunication costs must be paid separately by the customer (amounts are determined by each service provider with which the customer has contracted). Other charges such as penalty fees may be incurred in accordance with the Terms of Service.
8. Payment method
Credit card payment
However, Luup, Inc. may designate a payment method other than the above for individual plans, promotions, or transactions with certain customers. In such cases, the payment method will be indicated appropriately to the customer adopting such payment method.
9. Time of payment
It depends on the closing date of your credit card and its related contract. Please contact your credit card company. For customers who choose a payment method other than credit card payment in accordance with Article 8, Luup, Inc. will separately inform them of the timing of payment on the web page for that payment method.
10. Timing of service provision
Upon Service Registration in accordance with the Terms of Use, users will be able to use the services provided by Luup, Inc. on the LUUP App. Mobility Devices can be used from the time they are unlocked in accordance with the Terms of Use.
11. Cancellation policy
Luup, Inc. may not accept cancellations after the point at which the customers start using Mobility Devices in accordance with the Terms of Service. Customers may withdraw from the service and cancel their registration to use the service in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Terms of Service. Any defects in the service will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Service.
