It's a sharing service that offers rides on our e-scooters and e-bikes from any port and return it to any port you want. You can rent through the app. This service makes it easy to go to places that you feel are "a little too far" on foot.
Currently, we offer our vehicles for sharing in Tokyo, Osaka, Yokohama, and Kyoto. *The e-scooter sharing service is being implemented as a demonstration experiment on the condition that the new business activity plan is approved by the competent minister with the consent of the minister with regulatory jurisdiction.

Message from the President

President and CEODaiki Okai
President and CEO
Daiki Okai
"How quickly can we create a new transportation infrastructure that Japan will need in the future" is all we want to achieve at Luup.
When Luup was first founded, we were working on a "caregiver's version of Uber," where homemakers and former caregivers would assist with home care activities on a spot basis. However, the current transportation infrastructure in Japan was not suitable for C-to-C services, so we abandoned the project. We then launched the "electric micromobility sharing business" in order to build a new transportation infrastructure to solve Japan's transportation problems.
In order to achieve our mission to create a new infrastructure to meet the demands of first and last mile transportation, I do not mind being or not being the representative of the company, and I share the same thoughts with the rest of the management team.
LUUP aims to become an infrastructure that is needed as a part of the city not only by its users but also by others in the same community. In the near future, our employees and their children will travel around the city in electric micromobility, and no one will think that it was created by a venture company a few years ago. The entire Luup team will continue to work hard to make such a future a reality.
